Loop Vase.
This is a piece conceived with the idea of turning the frogs, which are usually hidden inside floral arrangements, into the vase themselves. The piece consists of a base to hold the water and two domes (frogs) of 2 sizes, one fitting inside the other one which will hold the stems in two places. This allows you to place each flower at a different angle, just like regular frogs would do.
All pieces composing this vase are wheel thrown then joined together.
Glazed porcelain fired at cone 8 oxidation.
